I grew up shopping at Big Lots, so when the brief came in I went bargain-hunting for the first time in years. I walked in thinking I may pick up some cat litter, but walked out with enough holiday lights to cover my entire house. I had always dreamed of going full Chevy Chase, but lights were always outrageously overpriced. Not at Big Lots. That is what being a BIGionaire is about, saving money while feeling like a million bucks. Getting festive for lesstive.

BIGionaires are maximalists. They can buy what they want and buy it in excess. Retta, aka Donna Meagle, launched the campaign. Eric Stonestreet of Modern Family and Molly Shannon of SNL brought the campaign into the holiday seasons.
